Who and what this policy covers

cro.doctor is the operator brand for this website and its public-site conversion diagnosis service. This policy applies to one-time purchases that unlock a paid cro.doctor report. It should be read together with our Terms.

Seven-day evidence-quality refund

If your paid report lacks specific cited evidence from the audited site, email hello@cro.doctor within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the report link, purchase email or receipt, and an example of the unsupported finding. If the report does not meet that evidence standard, we will refund the one-time report price through the original payment method.

What the quality policy does not promise

This quality policy covers absence of specific cited evidence. It does not guarantee that you will agree with every hypothesis, that a page was technically reachable, or that implementing a recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

A refund may also result in removal of paid access to the associated report. This does not affect any copy you were legally required to retain or any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

How requests are handled

Send requests to hello@cro.doctor. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the purchase, verify the request, and review the cited report finding. Please do not email full card details.

Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes the payment and refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution.

Mandatory consumer rights

This voluntary policy does not exclude or reduce any mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or consumer right that applies to you. If applicable law gives you a remedy beyond this policy, that legal right still applies. Paddle may also provide transaction support or remedies required in its role as merchant of record.
