Service terms
Terms
These terms define the narrow promise cro.doctor makes: an automated, evidence-citing hypothesis about a public SaaS marketing site—not a guarantee of conversion results.
Effective
Agreement
By submitting a URL, viewing a report, or purchasing an unlock, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
cro.doctor crawls publicly accessible SaaS marketing pages and uses automated systems to produce a conversion diagnosis, supporting observations, findings, and suggested changes. The free result includes a primary diagnosis and one complete finding. A US$29 one-time purchase unlocks the remaining available findings, specific recommended changes and applicable rewrites, priority plan, eligible competitive/pricing analysis, and PDF for that report.
There is no subscription in the launch offer. A purchase applies to one completed report unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Public pages and your authority
You may submit only a URL that:
- is publicly accessible without credentials or a private access token;
- you have a lawful reason to analyze and are not submitting for harassment, surveillance, or abuse; and
- does not expose personal data, trade secrets, private customer information, or unlawful content.
You must not use cro.doctor to probe internal networks, bypass access controls, overload a site, test vulnerabilities, or scrape material in violation of law or a binding obligation. We may reject or stop an audit for safety, availability, abuse prevention, or provider restrictions.
Automated hypotheses, not measured behavior
The report is generated from a time-limited inspection of public pages. Unless expressly stated, we do not have your analytics, experiments, recordings, customer interviews, CRM, revenue data, or authenticated product experience. A statement about why a visitor may hesitate is a hypothesis based on observed page evidence—not proof of actual visitor intent.
Scores are directional. Recommendations are informational and require your judgment, testing, and legal or professional review where relevant. Read the full Methodology.
No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee higher conversion, revenue, traffic, rankings, customer satisfaction, or any other business result. A recommendation can be unsuitable for your brand, market, legal obligations, technical constraints, or audience. Test changes before broad deployment and do not treat the report as legal, financial, accessibility-certification, security, or medical advice.
Payment
Paid reports are sold and processed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. The checkout page shows the final price and currency before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on location and the final merchant setup. You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Access is granted after payment is confirmed by our payment processor. A success-page URL or screenshot is not proof of payment. We may correct an entitlement created by fraud, chargeback, refund, technical error, or mismatched payment metadata.
Seven-day evidence-quality refund
If your paid report lacks specific cited evidence from the audited site, email hello@cro.doctor within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the report link, purchase email or receipt, and an example of the unsupported finding. If the report does not meet that evidence standard, we will refund the one-time report price through the original payment method.
This quality policy covers absence of specific cited evidence. It does not guarantee that you will agree with every hypothesis, that a page was technically reachable, or that implementing a recommendation will produce a particular outcome. This voluntary policy does not exclude or reduce any mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or consumer right that applies to you.
Shareable bearer links
Report links are bearer links. Anyone with a valid link can view the access attached to it, including paid material. You are responsible for deciding who receives the link. Do not publish it if the report contains analysis you consider sensitive. Contact us to request deletion if a link is exposed; restoration or link rotation is not guaranteed.
Content and license
You retain rights you already have in the URL, site content, and context you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to retrieve public pages, process that material, create the requested report, operate the service, prevent abuse, and support the purchase.
After lawful payment, you may use, copy, share, and adapt your report for your own business and client work. This does not transfer cro.doctor’s software, branding, system prompts, underlying models, or service design. You may not resell access to the service, misrepresent automated analysis as independently measured fact, or remove evidence/limitation language in a way that makes the report misleading.
Availability and changes
Sites can block crawlers, change while an audit runs, render differently by location, or fail to expose a relevant page. Model and browser providers can also be unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and do not promise permanent report hosting. Download paid reports you need to retain.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for decisions, experiments, copy, code, and business changes made from a report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cro.doctor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim related to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Contact and changes to these Terms
Questions, refund requests, and legal notices can be sent to hello@cro.doctor. We may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
